Help, I’m terrified of aliens?

Sometimes I have to put trash bags over my windows and cover my head in bed at night. It’s seriously worrying me that i mite get abducted or something, and it doesn’t help that I’ve watched dozens of hour of UFO shows\footage to try to figure out if they’re real or not..
Any advice?

I’m not really afraid of them,
I live in a gun family, we’re all pretty much armed to the teeth, even my sister
